Nairobi County Traffic supervisor Joshua Omukata has said Inspector General of Police Hillary Mutyambai's child will be charged on Monday after he killed two Boda riders while plastered driving along the bustling Southern Bypass on Thursday.
On Friday evening, David Mwendwa introduced himself at Lang'ata Police Station, where he was delivered on a Sh 20,000 money bail.
Omukata said Mwenda is probably going to be accused of two counts of causing demise by risky driving and furthermore making genuine wounds a passerby following the mishap.
