Ben Githae Changes Uhuru's 'Tano Tena' Tune To Raila Tinga

Well known Kikuyu gospel artist Ben Githae returned to the planning phase on Tuesday, November 16 and revised his popular Tano Tena tune implied at first for President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy President William Ruto to laud Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) pioneer Raila Odinga.

Talking during a gathering held by Royal Media Services proprietor S.K Macharia, Githae clarified that he had made adjustments to the melody to adulate Odinga who is trying to overcome Mt Kenya.

The Tabia Mbaya hitmaker had confessed to making melodies for Uhuru and Ruto during the Jubilee Party’s walk back to the top in 2017 however had made a couple of changes to it to help Odinga’s official desires.

The video shared via web-based media saw him singing the tune in its remixed form during the gathering before he requested that different representatives chime in.

Githae had certified that he would uphold Raila in case he was supported by President Uhuru Kenyatta. He clarified that he was a major devotee of Uhuru and added that he would uphold his decision in 2022.

Notwithstanding, he denied supporting Raila after he was seen acting in his occasion in Murang’a during the Skiza thanksgiving function.
