“I urge the ministry of education in collaboration with the ministry of national security and the treasury to put in place a strategy to build new classrooms that are needed to provide space for 1.1 million students,” said the President.

At the same time the national leader directed the central treasury to involve the national parliament to provide the required billion billion shillings to ensure one hundred percent for the class that completes primary education next year.
